The Italian artisans at Coltellerie Berti hand make their knives using techniques that are unchanged since 1895. Berti artisans are committed to making knives with the integrity and authenticity that cannot result from industrialized production. The artisan that starts making a knife takes it right through to the finishing touches.

Each knife is handmade by a single artisan with a blade made of high-quality 420B stainless steel. Ox horn knives made from real horn.
